Current Openings

The SimranShri Rehabilitation centre is looking to hire enthusiastic, committed, persuasive, and effective interns and volunteers for their centre who are willing to make a difference in the mental health conditions in India.

The rehabilitation centre is looking for candidates who can assist the call counselling efforts towards enabling a maximum and an appropriate number of registrations while following an effective admission process. This will help ensure that SimranShri admits a maximum number of addicts to modify their lives to break the shackles of addiction.

Responsibilities

• Help in designing and conducting awareness workshops and campaigns
• Conduct activity-based group sessions for residents.
• Support the team with creative ideas for social media.
• Interface with the prospects through inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain constant communication channels with incoming leads through phone, mail, and Whatsapp during the admission process.
• Maintain a detailed database for all the interactions with the leads and provide constant feedback to the Admission counsellor to understand and effectively communicate with the patients and explain what SimranShri is offering to their prospective applicants and close applications.
• To maintain and develop a positive working relationship with all the applicants in the Admission cycle.

Required Qualifications

• Good communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy
• Basic proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word and Mail Merge is preferable Please note that this is an unpaid internship
